Setting Up the Company Profile

CREATING YOUR FIRST LEAD AND ADDING JOB DETAILS

Overview


The Company Profile is the first step in setting up your ContractQ account. It contains key business information—like your name, address, contact details, and logo—that will appear across invoices, job documents, and customer communication.

Your company address is especially important: it tells ContractQ where to center your map and automatically apply your default region settings for jobs, estimates, and reporting.

GETTING STARTED

To set up your Company Profile:

  • Click the Gear Icon on the upper right and go to settings

Company Logo

Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, max size: 2MB). This logo will appear on customer-facing documents like invoices and estimates.

  • Click Change to upload
  • Click Remove if you want to reset

Company Address

Enter your business address, which ContractQ uses to:

  • Set your regional default
  • Center the map view for jobs and appointments
  • Display the correct business info on documents

Required Fields:

  • Address Line 1
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code

Tip: Leave Address Line 2 blank unless you have a suite number or unit.

Want to link your company’s social media? Add any of the following:

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Google
  • Twitter
  • YouTube

Once you’ve entered your company information:

  • Click the Save button at the bottom right

You’re now ready to start adding customers, creating jobs, and using your fully branded setup!
